With an unwavering passion for diversity and inclusion, Lauren has a proven track record of improving organisational performance through leadership, talent and culture change programs.Prior to launching Frankly Diversity, Lauren was the National Manager of Diversity and Inclusion at Australia Post, where she and her team achieved significant results, some of which included:

  • a zero gender pay gap in March 2017
  • significant improvement in the representation of women across all levels of leadership
  • the implementation of Australia Post's free mail redirection service for victims of domestic and family violence
  • the launch of PostPride, Australia Post's first formal program dedicated to supporting LGBTI employees and community members
  • the implementation of Post's Reconciliation Action Plan resulting in the highest number and representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees on record at Post

Lauren knows how to develop and implement a diversity strategy that delivers tangible business outcomes. She has now turned her attention to supporting other organisations to do the same.
