The appetite of Tasmanian leaders and businesses to focus on diversity and inclusion (D&I) has never been stronger. There is growing recognition that D&I is socially and morally the right thing to do AND it makes good business sense. The evidence is clear, organisations that prioritise and invest in diversity and inclusion are winning, and those that don’t are losing (Mckinsey, Delivering Through Diversity report, January 2018).
The objective of the Include conference Tasmania was to provide Tasmanian leaders and organisations with best practice tips, insights and inspiration on how to drive more inclusion within their organsiations and more broadly across the Tasmanian community. The conference included several renowned Tasmanian and national thought leaders across a range of diversity and inclusion topics.
